Return/ Exchange Policy

We offer an easy return and exchange policy where you can exchange/return the purchased products by raising a request within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. The refund is processed back into your bank account/original source of payment.

We would love to know that you are satisfied with the products you ordered at our site. In case you are not happy with the product ordered, you can return or exchange it for a bigger or a smaller size by raising a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the product(s) to be exchanged or returned.

You can easily initiate a return request by just login to your account. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp/ call at +91-9310981196 or drop us an email at customer.care@handme.co.in and you will get a revert. Please mention the following details in your request: Order number, Full name, Contact number.

We request you to pack all the items in their original delivery package, as received by you. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: handcrafted packaging bags, hang tags on garments, or any other packaging material. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement.
