- If the selected item is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product of equal value
- Any applicable price difference will be adjusted accordingly
Refund
Once the returned product is received back in our warehouse and passed through quality check, we process the refund into Handme Store Credit, making it easy for you to shop again whenever you like. The store credit is valid for lifetime.
The credit is generally processed within 1–2 working days after the product passes quality inspection.
Quality Check Guidelines
To ensure fairness and maintain product hygiene standards, all items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
Customized & Altered Products
Products that are custom-stitched, altered, or personalised (including blouse stitching or size customisation) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images, and our team will prioritise the resolution.
