We aim to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase! If not, here’s how returns work:

  • Deadline: Initiate your return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached.
  • Refund:
    • Receive a store credit equivalent to the full amount of your order.
    • This credit never expires and can be transferred or even gifted.
  • Exclusions: Customised products cannot be returned.

Exchange Eligibility

We understand preferences can change. Here’s how exchanges work:

  • Timeframe: Request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Limit: Only one exchange is allowed per order. Returns are not permitted for exchanged items.
  • Payment:
    • If exchanging for a higher-value item, please pay the difference.
    • For lower-value exchanges, you’ll receive store credit for the remaining amount.
  • Non-exchangeable Items: Customised products and items purchased on clearance or sale cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

If you’d like to cancel your order:

  • Before Dispatch: Please cancel before the order has been shipped
  • How to Cancel: Email your request to customer.care@handme.co.in.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 24-48 hours.
