Return/ Exchange Policy

We offer an easy return and exchange policy where you can exchange/return the purchased products by raising a request within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. 

You can drop us a mail at customer.care@handme.co.in or Whatsapp at +91-9310981196 and you will get a revert within 48 working hours. Please mention the following details in your request:

  1. Order number
  2. Full name
  3. Contact number

We would love to know that you are satisfied with the products you ordered at our site. In case you are not happy with the size ordered, you can exchange it for a bigger or a smaller size by raising a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the product(s) to be exchanged or returned.

We request you to pack all the items in their original delivery package, as received by you. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: handcrafted packaging bags, hang tags on garments, or any other packaging material. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges. 

In case of an exchange, you may enjoy a one-time free exchange.

Refund

We have two options for processing such returns:-

  1. Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your 'Handme Account'. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. which can be used for one time purchase at any time. The Handme wallet amount or gift card is valid for lifetime.
  1. Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 200/-(adjusted towards forward & reverse shipping and re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund.
