At Handme, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 2-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a Return or Exchange

    • Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving their order.

  2. Pickup Arrangement

    • Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.
  3. Refund

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund in the form of Handme Credits, equivalent to the order value.
    • These credits can be used for future purchases and remain valid for a lifetime.
  4. Exchange Process

    • Customers opting for an exchange may use their Handme Credits to select a different size, color, or style.
    • The exchange request follows the same process as a return.

Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return/exchange requests submitted after 2 days of order delivery will not be accepted.
