Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a hassle-free pickup directly from your doorstep. There’s no need to visit a courier office or manage logistics on your own — we take care of everything to ensure a smooth experience.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item clears our quality check, refunds are processed within the stated timeline:
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account).
Shipping charges (forward and reverse) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Quality Check for Fair Resolution
All returned items go through a standard quality check to ensure they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. This helps us maintain fairness for all our customers.
Exchange Options

No Returns on Customized Products
Products that are custom-stitched, altered, or personalized (including blouse stitching or size customisation) are not eligible for return. Exchanges may be considered only in case of manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. Our team will prioritise a resolution at the earliest.
